Limitations/Applicability
Intermediate requires $25,000.00 bond. Unlimited requires $75,000.00 bond

Must pass exam administered by: Pearson VUE http://www.pearsonvue.com/

Fees
$60 for Limited and Special Restricted licenses. $100 for an Intermediate license. $150 for an Unlimited license. $75 exams fee. Licenses expire 1 year after date of issuance.
