Residential work. Four years of practical experience (two in the last ten years). Financial statement required. Must not have had a license refused or revoked within prior year.
Application/Exam Requirements
Must pass exam on building, safety, health and lien laws of the state, and trade exam. Bonding depends on class and how much volume of work.
Fees
$200 annual fee, $300 recovery fee.
