Limitations/Applicability
License require for contractors doing business in counties with a population of 100,000.
Application/Exam Requirements
Bond required for any contract more than $2,500. Bond for $1,000 required for a contract between $2,500 and $10,000. For a contract over $10,000, the bond must be 10% of the contract amount for the first $100,000 and 5% of any amount over $100,000.
