The Energy Profile starts with a series of simple questions that define a profile of your home or business. You fill out each of the sections of the profile including:
size
location
materials constructed with
utility service provider and costs
heating and cooling system
appliances
lighting
renewable energy products
The profile is then analyzed by EcoCompass’ “Search to Solve” technology which performs several energy saving calculations using your specific geographic location, current government and other incentive programs (including selling excess renewable energy back into the grid), and other factors to come up with an energy score that is then explained in simple and easy-to-understand terms.
