Limitations/Applicability
Class I - Restricted to 175,000 BTU of heating and 60,000 BTU (5 tons) of cooling with this license which requires three years of Division-approved experience in conditioned air work. You can use up to two years of Division-approved education for one year of the three. Class II - Unrestricted. Requires experience installing systems that are greater than 175,000 Btu of heating and 5 tons of cooling.
