Limitations/Applicability
License required for anyone who supervises construction, remodeling, alteration, demolition, removal, structural elements of buildings less than 35,000 cubic feet of enclosed space, one and two family dwellings, buildings used for farming, retaining walls less than 10 feet in height 35,000 cubic feet. Two versions of license; Restricted is for 2 family dwellings. Unrestricted for anything within 35,000 cubic feet.
